Is there a setup or installation fee?
No. The account is created in minutes from the web — no installation, no servers, no hardware required. We help you import members from Excel at no extra cost.
Do you charge transaction fees?
OneClub applies a small fee per ticket or membership charged. Stripe fees (1.5% + €0.25 per card, SEPA 0.8% capped €5) are additional and follow Stripe's public pricing.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit clubs?
Yes. If your club is a registered non-profit sports association or foundation, contact sales — we offer discounts on the Professional plan upon proof of status.
Can I migrate from Excel or another software?
Yes. OneClub imports data from Excel and CSV. If you come from another platform (Clupik, Playoff, Cluber…), our team helps you migrate at no extra cost and we keep a history of your payments.
What does the first month on Professional look like?
Professional includes a 14-day free trial with all features and no card required to start. If you're not convinced, you fall back to the Starter plan at no cost.
