The 3% applies to fees, registrations, tickets and online shop sales, and it is everything you pay: gateway processing is included. On fees, registrations and tickets it is added to the family's receipt by default and the club receives the full amount; if the club prefers, it absorbs it. In the shop, the buyer pays the price the club sets and the 3% comes out of the sale.

Frequently asked questions

Does the 3% include gateway fees? Who pays it?

Yes. The 3% per payment (minimum €0.35) is everything you pay: gateway processing comes out of it, it is not added on top. By default it is added to the family's receipt, so the club receives the full fee; if the club prefers to absorb it, it is deducted from what the club receives. With your bank's Redsys POS there is no OneClub commission.

What changes if I collect payments with my bank's Redsys POS?

You pay €89/month (team sports) or €165/month (centres and schools), plus €300 implementation, and OneClub charges no commission; your bank applies its POS fee. Today, with your bank's POS, families pay each fee or registration by card from the app or a link. There is no automatic monthly charging yet, no SEPA Direct Debit, no online shop, tickets or bookings, no automatic debt collection, and refunds are made from the bank's portal. If you need any of that, the OneClub gateway option includes it.

Is there an implementation or setup fee?

With the OneClub gateway, no: the account is created in minutes and needs no installation. With your bank's Redsys POS there is a one-off €300 implementation fee (VAT not included) to connect your POS. Either way we help you import your members from Excel.

How are payments processed?

With the OneClub gateway, payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA) are processed by Stripe and the money reaches the club's bank account. With the Redsys POS, the family pays by card on your bank's payment page and the money comes in through your POS.

Is the price the same for every club?

Yes. The price is the one published on this page and it is the same for every club: it depends only on the type of club and how you collect payments, not on who you are or what you negotiate. There are no discounts by legal form and no behind-closed-doors deals. Only federations and groups of clubs get a tailored proposal.

Can I migrate from Excel or another software?

Yes. OneClub imports data from Excel and CSV. If you come from another platform (Clupik, Playoff…), our team helps you migrate at no extra cost and we keep a history of your payments.
