How to migrate from Clupik to OneClub in 24-48 hours
Standard process: you export, we import and validate. Without disrupting the club's operations.
- 1
Export your data from Clupik
Clupik lets you export members, teams and payments to CSV from the admin panel. If you have questions, their support responds by chat. Also export last year's charge history to keep your accounting clean after migration.
- 2
Automated importer in OneClub
Upload the CSVs to OneClub and the system auto-maps the columns (name, ID, team, plan, IBAN, email). Review the preview, adjust whatever you need and confirm. The importer converts existing SEPA mandates into payment methods inside Stripe without losing the original consent.
- 3
Validation with your team and go-live
Before cutting Clupik off, you run a test charge in OneClub with 5 real members to validate everything reconciles. When you confirm, OneClub goes live and you archive your Clupik instance. The whole process usually wraps in 24-48 hours with personal assistance from the OneClub team.
We assign you a dedicated onboarder during the migration. No extra cost, no annual contract. If you'd like us to call before starting, email hola@oneclubapp.com.
