App rules of use

OneClub community rules: zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users, and a response to every report within 24 hours.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. What this document is

These rules of use are the agreement between you and OneClub for your use of the OneClub application, both on mobile and in the browser. By creating an account or using the application you accept them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the application.

OneClub is the platform sports clubs use to manage their members: fees, teams, matches, registrations and the club's communications wall. People in the club post and comment on that wall, which is why rules are needed about what may be written and about what happens when someone breaks them.

These rules add to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. For content published inside the application, this document prevails.

2. Who may use the application

  • You must be 16 or over to hold your own account.
  • Children under 16 belong to the club as athletes, but their account is managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is answerable for how it is used.
  • Each club decides who enters its space. When you stop belonging to the club you lose access to its wall.

  • 3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

No objectionable content is tolerated. For what is listed here there is no prior warning and no margin: if it is posted, it is taken down.

It is forbidden to post, comment, send or share:

  • Any content that puts a minor at risk, and above all else any sexual content involving minors.
  • Insults, humiliation, threats and harassment aimed at a specific person, whether or not they belong to the club.
  • Hate speech or incitement to violence based on origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.
  • Explicit sexual or pornographic content.
  • Graphic violence or content that glorifies it.
  • Another person's personal data published without their permission: phone numbers, addresses, medical reports or photographs of other people's children.
  • Impersonating the club, its board, a coach or anyone else.
  • Unsolicited advertising, scams, chain messages and spam.
  • Illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.

  • You are answerable for what is posted from your account.

    4. Zero tolerance for abusive users

Abusive behaviour is not tolerated either, even when each individual message looks harmless. It is forbidden to:

  • Repeatedly approach someone who has asked to be left alone.
  • Coordinate several people against one.
  • Create new accounts to get around a block or a removal.
  • Use the reporting mechanism to harass someone with baseless reports.

  • Anyone who behaves this way no longer has a place in the application.

    5. How to report content and how to block someone

Anyone can do it, with no special permissions and without asking anyone:

  • Every post and every comment has a menu with a Report option. You pick the reason and, if you want, add an explanation.
  • The same menu has a Block option. When you block someone, everything of theirs disappears from your view immediately, and that person stops seeing you. You can undo it whenever you want from your account settings.

  • Blocking and reporting are different and compatible: blocking fixes your own view straight away; reporting alerts us and the club.

    6. What we do with a report: under 24 hours

We commit to reviewing every report within 24 hours of receiving it.

If the reported content breaks these rules:

  • We take the content down, and it stops being visible to everyone.
  • We remove whoever posted it from the wall, and they can no longer post, comment or react.

  • In cases involving the safety of a minor we act immediately and, where appropriate, report it to the competent authorities.

If the content does not break these rules, we close the report without taking it down. Any block you made yourself stays in place regardless.

    7. The automatic filter

The application filters certain offensive expressions and rejects any post containing them. It is a first barrier, not a judge: it does not detect irony, nor politely worded harassment, nor everything a person may come up with. That is why reporting, blocking and human review remain the main mechanism.

    8. Consequences

    Depending on severity and repetition:

  • The content is taken down.
  • Removal from the club's wall: access to the rest of the application is kept (fees, invoices, matches, store) and the ability to post, comment and react on the wall is lost.
  • Account closure in serious cases, and in particular for any content affecting the safety of a minor.

  • Removal from the wall is reversible: the club can reinstate the person.

    9. Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting it you authorise us to host it and show it to the people in the club it is addressed to, for the sole purpose of providing the service. You can withdraw your posts whenever you want.

    10. Account, fees and deletion

Fees and charges are agreed between each club and its members; we provide the platform. You can request the deletion of your account at any time by following Delete your account.

    11. The scope of our commitment

The application is provided as it is. We put the means in place for it to work and for what is published to be moderated, but we cannot guarantee that nobody will ever write anything inappropriate. What we do guarantee is section 6: that we review it within 24 hours and that we act.

    12. Changes to these rules

We may update them. If the change is significant, we give notice inside the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use it afterwards means accepting them.

    13. Contact

To report something urgent, to ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed or for any question about these rules, write to hola@oneclubapp.com.

    14. Governing law

These rules are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Spain.
