To use OneClub you need to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Plans and Pricing

OneClub offers free and paid plans. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may be updated with prior notice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Charges are recurring based on the contracted plan. You can cancel at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform legally and in accordance with these terms. Fraudulent use or use that violates third-party rights is not permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

OneClub and its content are owned by its creators. Your content remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneClub is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, although we strive to maintain stable service.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for the legal period and then deleted.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, Spanish courts shall have jurisdiction.
