Alternative to Clupik

Alternative to Clupik for sports clubs

If Clupik is costing more than it delivers — expensive white-label app pricing, SEPA as the primary flow, limited multi-child management — here is why OneClub may fit you better.

Why you are looking for an alternative

Why are you looking for an alternative to Clupik?

Clubs that reach this page usually have one or more of these pain points. See if yours are here.

  • The white-label app price has spiraled up

The branded mobile app is Clupik's premium product and usually adds ~€49/mo to the base plan. For an 80-120 member club that's more fixed cost than the branding justifies — parents barely notice it. For small and mid-size clubs the cost-benefit no longer adds up.

  • SEPA as primary flow hurts registration conversion

Clupik was born in the SEPA era and that's still the dominant flow: the young parent registers their child, gets asked for IBAN and signature, and conversion drops. Card and Apple Pay are available but not the first step. If your audience is young families, you feel it on signups.

  • Multi-child isn't native and parents complain

In Clupik each member is an independent record. Registering 3 kids across U12, U14 and U16 means filling the signup 3 times and managing 3 separate payments. If multi-child families are a significant part of your member base, this generates real friction.

  • Ticketing requires a separate tool

Clupik manages fees and members, but to sell tickets for matches or club events you have to contract IDSports, AvaiBook or Eventbrite separately. Double tool, double invoice, double accounting integration. If you run events frequently, this adds cost and complexity.

  • UI/UX feels previous-generation

Clupik has been running since 2018 on the same product base. It works, but compared to SaaS launched from 2024+ (including OneClub) you notice it in daily flows: changing a fee plan, voiding a charge, reassigning a player to another team. Your board has probably already commented.

It's normal that you're looking for an alternative. Clupik is a serious, consolidated product, but its model (SEPA-first, white-label app as upsell, external ticketing) doesn't fit every club. If you ended up here, yours probably doesn't. That doesn't mean Clupik is bad — just that you are a different case.

What OneClub does differently

What OneClub does differently

We won't list every feature we have. Only the four that address the pain points that brought you here.

  • Stripe-native from day 1: card and Apple Pay first

OneClub's signup flow pushes card, Apple Pay or Google Pay as the primary method. SEPA remains as an option for members who prefer it. Real measured result across our clubs: 18-25% higher conversion on online registrations vs SEPA-only flows. Instant collection, automatic dunning and smart retries.

  • Free Starter plan up to 50 members

If your club is small or just starting, OneClub doesn't charge you. Public Starter plan, €0/mo, up to 50 active members. You pay only when you grow. No sales call, no discount that breaks at renewal, no surprises. Professional €49/mo up to 500 members.

  • Multi-child families as a first-class use case

OneClub groups all children's fees into a single family account and one invoice. Registering 3 siblings across age categories is 5 minutes and one unified monthly payment. Not an addon — it's in the free Starter plan.

  • Ticketing integrated in the same back office

QR tickets, capacity control, season passes and mobile check-in — all inside OneClub. You don't contract IDSports or AvaiBook separately, you don't reconcile two platforms. Ticketing payouts go to the same Stripe as fees — clean accounting.

Honesty first

When you should NOT switch to OneClub

If a white-label mobile app (club crest, colors, splash screen) is a strategic priority for your board, stay with Clupik. They've spent years polishing that white-label flow and we don't compete on that axis — OneClub runs as a PWA inside the member's browser, not as an installable app with your brand on the icon.

If your members already have signed SEPA mandates, have been running for years without incidents and you'll never collect by card, the cost of migrating mandates doesn't pay off. The Clupik migration preserves signed mandates, but if you don't need card, multi-child or integrated ticketing, the ROI of switching is lower.

How to migrate from Clupik to OneClub in 24-48 hours

Without stopping the club. Without losing data. With personal assistance from the OneClub team.

  1. 1

    Export your data from Clupik

Clupik lets you export members, teams, fee plans and payment history to CSV from the admin panel. If in doubt, their support replies via chat. Export the last year's payment history too so your accounting stays clean after migration.

  2. 2

    Assisted importer in OneClub

You upload the CSVs to OneClub and our importer automatically maps columns (name, ID, team, plan, IBAN, email). You review the preview, adjust what you need and confirm. SEPA mandates signed in Clupik are reconverted into payment methods inside Stripe without the member having to sign again.

  3. 3

Validation with your team and go-live

Before cutting Clupik, you generate a test charge with 5 real members to validate everything matches. Once confirmed, OneClub is live and you archive your Clupik instance. The whole process usually closes in 24-48 hours with a dedicated onboarder from the OneClub team.

We assign you a dedicated onboarder during migration. No extra cost, no annual contract. If you need us to call you before starting, write to hola@oneclubapp.com.

Clubs that switched
We spent four seasons on Clupik and migrated to OneClub at the start of 2025-26. The biggest difference was the registration flow: we went from 60% completed signups to 85%+ with the same communication. Multi-child families noticed it immediately.
