Software for handball clubs with academy and senior teams
OneClub manages the academy + senior mix that's typical of Spanish handball, the male and female teams running in parallel, the regional federation categories and the team-based communication. No more wrestling with a tool designed for another sport.

What makes running a handball club different
An amateur handball club in Spain rarely runs a single team. The norm is a club with an academy (mini, U12, U14, U16, U18 equivalents) and at least one senior team, with male and female sections that train in the same sports hall but compete in separate leagues, with different schedules per regional federation and a very high percentage of families with two kids playing in different age groups. Handball remains a small sport in visibility terms but is heavily structured at competition level, and clubs typically run on Excel, WhatsApp and Drive folders.
Legacy tools in the sector (Clupik, Playoff, Cluber) were designed for football clubs with a broadcast model: one dominant team per category and top-down communication. That fits handball badly: the under-18 women's coach needs her own channel with her 14 players, sports halls are shared with basketball or other sports (last-minute schedule changes), regional handball federations have calendars that shift with little notice, and club events imply coordinated communication with entire families, not individual players.
On top of that, handball lives off the work of volunteer directors. The treasurer is usually a parent or former player who dedicates a few hours a week, not a dedicated admin. Any tool that forces them to reconcile bank transfers, chase returned receipts or duplicate databases between academy and senior ends up consuming more time than it saves. OneClub is designed so that treasurer can close the month in an afternoon, with all payments consolidated, late-payers in a single list and family communication centralised by team.

How it works in a handball club
The typical flow from the moment you open an account until the season is running on autopilot.
- 1
Set up categories and sections
Define the official categories your regional handball federation uses (mini, U12, U14, U16, U18, senior) and create the male/female teams within each. Assign coach and team manager to each team with their permissions.
- 2
Create fees per category with sibling discount
Different plan per category (mini €25/month, U18 €40/month…) or a single club plan. Automatic sibling discount (10%, 20%, 50% configurable) and an annual-payment option with bonus. The fee adjusts automatically when a player moves up a category.
- 3
Open online registrations and set up calendar
Share a public signup link. Families register, upload the minor's documents (ID, photo, medical certificate) and pay the first fee by card. Upload or sync your regional federation match schedule.

OneClub runs the season
Monthly fees on autopilot, family communication per team, updated federation calendar, arrears control with dunning. The treasurer logs in once a month and everything is under control.
We have male and female academy teams running in parallel plus a women's senior team, and on Excel it was unmanageable. With OneClub each coach manages her team from her phone, families with two kids pay with a single card and I close the month in an afternoon. What I liked most: the sibling discount applies automatically, I don't have to touch anything.
