Most clubs' online registration is a Frankenstein
It starts with a Google Form. The family fills it out, submits it, and then gets an email from the club asking for proof of bank transfer. Meanwhile, someone at the club types the data by hand into a spreadsheet and somebody else reconciles the deposit against the player's name. Repeat for every sibling. A family with 3 kids can take 45 minutes to sign up and need 4 emails to finish.
Legacy platforms (Clupik, Cluber and others) have registration forms, but payment lives in a separate flow.
